Come and gather in a safe community environment to relax into your true self, connect with each other in a beautiful conscious manner and be involved in Nathan Bird’s Medicine Music. We are currently in the process of building foundations of trust, respect, freedom and healing through strength in community, individuality and teamwork. Groups will include a moving meditation for freedom, pilates to tune up, medicine songs to tune in, a conscious sharing circle for open discussion and some yummy treats; nourishing body, mind and spirit. Come be wise, wild and wonderful with us!
