TOGETHER WE RISE! Women have gathered together for eons to connect, nourish and support each other.

This women’s circle is a chance to connect and share with one another as we nourish each other by supporting being exactly as we are. There is no obligation to do or be anything. You are welcome how ever you are and can simply sit together with us bringing value to the group in your beingness.

We may practice some movement, partnered exercises to deepen into presence and group sharing. I would love this to be a co-creation so we can share practices with each other.

Anyone who identifies as a women is welcome.
