Gong Sound Immersion ♪♫ ♪♬

The gong sound immersion will be facilitated by Dave Bennett. Starting at 8pm it will go for at least one hour. The cost is $10 or a kind donation. It is suggested that you arrive at 7:30pm so that you may settle and make yourself comfortable. Some do light exercise prior to the session. Bring your mat and pillow!

The sound instruments and gongs create an environment of total bliss. The vibrations from the gong envelope the whole being; total relaxation. Some sense levitation, timelessness and bliss which may last for days after the sound immersion.
